Take PA-65 (Ohio River Boulevard) North. You will pass Sewickley, and Leetsdale. After you pass the Do It Best Ambridge Home Center (formerly Ace Hardware) on your right, turn Right onto 8th Avenue. (Also known as PA 989.) Turn Left onto Duss Avenue, still following PA 989. Follow until 23rd Avenue, a flashing yellow light. Turn Left into the South Gate of the Ambridge Regional Manufacturing and Distribution Center.
