Gift Certificates
Do your gift certificates have an expiration date?
Yes. All gift certificates expire one year after date of issue. This expiration date is clearly marked on all gift certificates.
What happens if eleven months go by, and I decide to use my certificate to order a custom rifle? I know that custom firearms can take a long time to build. What if the expiration date passes before the rifle is completed?
Just let us know that you are using a gift certificate for the custom build. That will "stop the clock" on the expiration date on that gift certificate.
Do I have to use my gift certificate all at once?
No -- you can spread your gift certificate out over multiple transactions.
What happens if I receive a gift certificate that I can't use?
Sorry, but our gift certificates are not refundable. You can use your gift certificate for numerous small transactions. Our certificates are transferable as well, so you can give it as a gift to someone who can use it.
Can I get a special order gift certificate? Can I order a gift certificate that is customized?
Give us a call or send us an email with your specifications. We will do our best to accomodate you.
What about sales tax?
If sales tax is applicable, it will be due from the user of the gift certficate at the time of redemption. (For instance, a $100 gift certificate is redeemed -- the user will owe $6.00 sales tax.)
All ATF and NFA rules apply to all purchases.
