We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, PayPal, personal checks, money orders or certified funds. Personal checks may take up to ten days to clear. Credit cards will not be charged until the firearm is ready for shipment unless a deposit is required. You will be advised if this is the case.
We strongly recommend against shipping firearms using the Postal Service. We admit that often the Postal Service is the least expensive shipping option, but we have had experienced problems with receiving damaged firearms when they are shipped via USPS.
We suggest shipping using either UPS or FedEx. Package all items well to protect against damage. Make sure to keep a record of all information before shipping your firearm (Make / Model / Serial Number, etc.) It is a good idea to take a series of photographs before sending your firearm to us.
Make sure that when you ship your firearm that you take out appropriate insurance or Declared Value for your shipment.
Please notify us when shipping your firearm and provide us with the tracking number.
Handguns:
FedEx Express: Must be sent using Priority Overnight
FedEx Ground: Not Allowed
UPS: Any Next Day Service (Ground Not Allowed)
Long Guns:
FedEx Express: Must be sent using Priority Overnight
FedEx Ground: Allowed
UPS: Any UPS Service (Ground or Air)
Requirements by UPS and FedEx
No Ammunition is allowed to be shipped in the same package as the firearm.
There should be nothing on the outside of the packaging that indicates that the package contains a firearm. (Hence why our name is abbreviated.)
The counter person is to be advised that the package contains a firearm.
All packages should be shipped “Adult Signature Required.”
Package must be sent only from actual FedEx stations or UPS Customer Centers. (No drop boxes or third party stores, in other words. For instance, “The UPS Store” and “FedEx Kinko’s” will not accept firearms.)

Choose the carrier that you prefer. We are aware that some people hate UPS and love FedEx and vice versa.
However, this is the way that we ship:
Handguns:UPS Next Day Air Saver (The least expensive overnight option)
Long Guns:
If time in transit is not a concern, and cost is an issue: FedEx Ground
If time is an issue, and cost is not a concern: Choice of UPS Air options
(Evaluating speed versus cost)
If the long gun is a highly valuable piece, we will usually choose an Air option. It will cost more, but there will be more piece of mind due to reduction of time in transit. We believe that the less amount of time that your package is in the hands of the carrier, the less potential for damage or loss.
